The Clinical Policy Implementation Service does not accept any correspondence by post, and anything we do receive will be disposed of securely without actioning.
Funding applications must be submitted by a patient’s NHS clinician and should be sent from an NHS.net email account (or other email account which meets the secure email standard and is DCB1596 accredited) to the appropriate email address below. Applications may also be made via the online Blueteq portal. Providers who require setting up on the Blueteq portal may contact us on one of the email addresses below for further details.
